Ebola
Dear Friends,
You may have heard it already that there is an outbreak of the Ebola virus. Some people in Kasese, south west of Uganda, died because of this.
We got the bad news from the ministry of health that even Entebbe airport had a case of Ebola. We don’t want to scare you but inform you that it is on your own risk to visit our Foodstep Uganda Home. We are strict in hygiene and our visitors need to be checked and also hand sanitizers is a must.
We hope there will be no more outbreak.
Please pray for us.

Food poisoning
We are discharged together from the hospital. Sever food poisoning, contaminated water. Very sick. Had to burn all the worn clothes, disinfect the house, animals vaccinated by the vet, new watertank, all kids dewormed and liters of Detoll. No hugging kids for a while.
Please pray for Charlotte, who contacts al of our big sponsors, newspapers and people, to tell lies. We forgive her but this has to stop. For the sake of the kids.
Slander
There is this girl by the name of Charlotte who, for over a period of 4 years, writes nothing but how bad Foodstep is. Werner and I make luxury trips ( in a periode of 11 years never took a vacation, 4 times to Belgium for medical reasons), we live in an expensive house ( for the last month no water and electricity), kids don't go to school, die because of me, we don't have social workers ( staff of 43), babies are being abused by the older boys … really!!??
So now there is this reporter who's asking us about this. So please give your honest opinion!
You visit us, do charity, come by in groups. I don't want to influence anybody, but if, what this girl claims, is not true, please contact the news reporter.
Big hugs from Nathalie and aaaaaaaaaaaaall the children from Foodstep.

13 year old
We've just found another 13 year old boy … and I'm not allowed to help!! Think again! Put me behind bars, but this kid is dying. 13 years of age and I'm not allowed to take in more kids by the government … in your dreams!! If necessary, I'll take him in my own house. For now he is in the hospital. He needs serious help. Later on he can live with us if necessary. Foodstep goes on!! By the way, today we have had inspection and the ministry kind of dig us since we have a specific target group. Xn

Government
We had a good meeting with the government. We fought for Foodstep! My staff could provide all the necessary documentation. They were very impressed!
Thanks for your supports and prayers! Xn
